ACCOUNT SETUP

For most accounts*, there is nothing you need to do to establish a Q-global account. Simply purchase Q-global usages either online or by phone/fax and a Q-global account will automatically be created for you. Once your purchase process is completed, you will receive a welcome email which will allow you to activate your account and establish a username and password specific to your Q-global account.

ORDERING

The ordering process for Q-global products is very similar to traditional methods, but instead of receiving a physical package of goods, customers receive a "virtual" shipment of report or assessment usages. The steps below outline the process for ordering online or through a purchase order.

ONLINE

  1. If you have not already established a Pearson web ordering account: Please visit PearsonClinical.com. Once you are on the home page, click "Login" and then click "Create Account" under the 'New Online Customer' section.
  2. Fill out a User Acceptance (Qualification) Form.

Once you have set up a Pearson web ordering account OR if you already have a Pearson web ordering account:

  1. (Optional) Visit PearsonClinical.com/Qglobal to learn about which products are available on Q-global.
  2. Either follow the links provided under "Content Availability" on PearsonClinical.com/ Qglobal or visit each product's respective web page directly and scroll to the bottom to add desired quantity to shopping cart.
  3. Once the Q-global usages have been added to your shopping cart, click the Proceed to Checkout button from the shopping cart page. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.
  4. The purchased usages will be added to your Q-global account when the order is processed. If you did not previously have a Q-global account, one will automatically be created for you. A welcome e-mail will be sent to you with a link to activate your account and establish a username and password specific to your Q-global account.

PURCHASE ORDER

  1. If you wish to use a Purchase Order to order Q-global usages, you may either call Customer Support at 800.627.7271 or enter in your PO number during the online ordering process. If you are ordering online, there will be a field to populate your PO number.
  2. Complete your order and provide your account contact information.
  3. You can submit a copy of your Purchase Order document one of three ways: as an attachment to your online order, via email to clinicalcustomersupport@pearson.com, or by fax to 800.232.1223.
  4. Within 48 hours, Customer Support will process the order and you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not previously have a Q-global account, one will automatically be created for you. A welcome e-mail will be sent to you with a link to establish your account and establish a username and password specific to your Q-global account.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please visit your respective local Pearson Clinical Assessment sites to proceed with purchasing on Q-global.

Regardless of how you purchase your Q-global usages, you will receive an Inventory Update email confirming the purchased usages have been added to your Q-global account. You can see your usage inventory by going to the Manage Account tab on the menu bar in Q-global. In the list of accounts/sub accounts, select the account you want to view. Select the Inventory tab and the history of usage orders will display.
